My rosacea disappeared after I got a shower filter that removed the chlorine from the water. I stopped using regular soap which has chemicals in it. Neutagena or other glycerin soaps are better. I also use Five Star shampoo from the Cal-Ben company. It's an all natural product without any chemical additives. I haven't had any skin flare ups for 10 years, since I made these changes.

U R still beautiful. I had rosacea for twenty years until I tried a natural cream called proskin rosacea. It is a natural cream by mama nature and it kills the demdex mites that cause it.It worked for me but it did make my pastules worse initially (this happens when the mites die) but then it gradually got better. I still have some open pores and scarring. Redness, pastules etc.gone. It was recommend to me on a rosacea forum. This cream is expensive but it is a miracle and is well worth trying.
